A fan favourite on Food Network Canada's Top Chef Canada Season 6 (show lovers will remember him as the chef with the most challenge wins) and winner of Chopped Canada, Sullivan’s latest culinary feat is turning ME to WE Chocolate into a savory holiday feast.
Ingredients:
4 strips of bacon, cut into fine lardons
6 oz ground beef
5 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 large red onion finely, chopped
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon chipotle powder
1/3 cup basmati rice
500 ml canned tomatoes
2 cups of water
3 oz ME to WE Milk Chocolate
2 tablespoon butter
1 cup chopped kale
1/4 cup sour cream
nacho chips for dipping
salt and pepper to taste
